CONSULTATION
We meet with you at your home/business to discuss the
scope of your project and to introduce Creation
Station Ltd.
PROPOSAL
OF SERVICES
The proposal outlines your project, budget and time
frame and our fees. This proposal will become part of
our Agreement for Design Services (Contract).
SURVEY
We meet to discuss your project in detail. We measure,
evaluate existing conditions and take photos for
documentation to proceed with your design.
CONCEPTUAL
DESIGN
We formulate a design concept through floor plans,
elevations, sketches, materials/color photographs,
etc. for your evaluation.
DESIGN
DEVELOPMENT TO FINAL PRESENTATION
We further detail your design for
your final approval.
IMPLEMENTATION
Creation Station Ltd. will manage and/or oversee the process
to ensure proper execution and completion of your
project.
